Bramcote Barn can also be hired on a self catering basis; the location makes it the perfect base for exploring the beautiful countryside around. Longer term lets are also available and a discount in rate can be negotiated.
The lounge, with its high ceiling, oak beams and floors is spacious and fully equipped with a sofa bed, TV and DVD player, the owners have a large selection of DVD’s that can be borrowed. There are also books and board games for cosy nights in. Two sets of double doors lead out into the garden area where you will find a table and chairs and use of a BBQ.
There is also an area that has crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave/oven and a fridge. Access to a washing machine is also available for guests booking for a week or longer, by special arrangement with the owners.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated and has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is just enough room for a travel cot and as we have small children, high chairs and baby equipment are always on hand.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
To welcome you to Bramcote Barn, tea and biscuits will be left for you to enjoy when you first arrive, tea and coffee are also provided throughout your stay.
